LiveRamp Marks Latest Earnings Release With Purchase of DataFleets

Final quarter of 2020 ends on revenues of $120 million

LiveRamp has just marked the closing quarter of the 2020 calendar year with revenues of $120 million and the purchase of DataFleets, the third merger and acquisition in the ad-tech space in just under a week.

Financial details of the pending transaction were not publicly disclosed. However, DataFleets has just $4.5 million in seed funding, meaning the size of the deal is likely some way off last week’s separate billion-dollar acquisitions by AppLovin and Magnite.
