Kimberly-Clark Names New Chief Digital and Marketing Officer

Zena Srivatsa Arnold will be tasked with making the personal care company 'digital first'

Kimberly-Clark has appointed Zena Srivatsa Arnold, the former global head of growth at Google, as its chief digital and marketing officer. The personal care company hopes this new position and hiring decision will drive the digitalization of its brands and businesses on a global scale.

Arnold, who held brand management positions at The Kellogg Company and Procter & Gamble before beginning her seven-year stint at Google, will help the company expand its marketing strategies “to deliver in a digital-first world,” according to chief growth officer Alison Lewis.

Kimberly-Clark has been without a chief marketing officer since Nov.
