DoubleVerify Seeks New CEO Following Wayne Gattinella's Departure

Top role vacated following a New York Post report on his private life

Wayne Gattinella, CEO of ad-tech company DoubleVerify, stepped down following a report by the New York Post about his private life.

Gattinella described the Feb. 22 story, which made fresh allegations in the death of a former colleague with whom he allegedly had an extramarital affair, as “false and defamatory.”

Gattinella stepped down as president and CEO of DoubleVerify late Friday “by mutual agreement” with the company’s board of directors, according to a statement on the company’s website.
