Porter Novelli Names New CEO

Changes are afoot at Porter Novelli/Omnicom Group:

Porter Novelli President Gary Stockman, 46, was named CEO, as Helen Ostrowski, 56, becomes chairwoman. The changes are part of an orderly succession at the units at Omnicom, which has expanded overseas and added online marketing services to lessen dependence on ad revenue.

Porter Novelli named Julie Winskie and Jean Wyllie as co-presidents to replace Stockman. Winskie, 44, will be responsible for the Americas and overall client relations. Wyllie, 42, will oversee the Middle East, Europe and Africa and digital and social media, the company said.
