Unfortunately, they kinda did.

It’s not even Thanksgiving and we are already dealing with the War on Christmas!

First, we saw the “Christmas Creep” happening before Halloween. Then, it was #RedCups, which even got its own Twitter emoji. Two points for Starbucks. And now, we have date rape for the holidays.

Wait, what?! 

Bloomingdale’s needed something to stand out in the early Yuletide advertising blitzkrieg. It had to be kitschy. It needed to be interruptive. It required cutting-edge thinking. Whatever the ad firm at Bloomingdale’s was thinking (or drinking), this is what they created.
