Zynga’s Tiny Royale Multiplayer Shooter Game Debuts Exclusively on Snapchat

The Snap Games platform was introduced in April

Game developer Zynga debuted its Tiny Royale battle royale title exclusively on Snapchat’s recently introduced Snap Games real-time multiplayer gaming platform.

Snapchatters can begin playing Snap Games directly via the chat interface on their applications, while the platform presents monetization opportunities for both developers and Snapchat itself, although there are no in-app purchases in its games.

Zynga described Tiny Royale as “a top-down multiplayer shooter,” saying that players can choose custom characters and either team up with friends or compete by themselves in two-minute rounds.

Up to 30 players can battle simultaneously, forming squads of up to four friends, and the further players get, the more characters are unlocked, and the more weapons and health packs can be collected.
