Zoolander 2 Web Series Announced; Ben Stiller Back As Blue Steel

Last weekend I watched Zoolander for something like the 35^th time (actually I watched it twice), and I thought to myself, “Man, I wish there was a Zoolander sequel”. Well, ladies and gents, it looks like my prayers have been answered. Zoolander 2 is set to hit theaters in 2012, according to Current TV and a web series is in the works as well. Ben Stiller’s Red Hour Films is planning to release an animated Zoolander series, as part of a 2-year deal struck with paramount on Wednesday.

According to Dave Itzkoff of The New York Times, the 2-year Paramount deal will include the animated Zoolander series, as well as another web series called Billy Glimmer: Entertainer of the Century.
