Did you know that YouTube allows you to create group chats, so that you can talk to multiple contacts at once? Our guide will show you how this is done.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the YouTube application on iOS.

Step 1: Tap “Inbox” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap “New Group” at the right side of the screen. Note: If you’ve recently looked at your YouTube notifications, you may need to tap “Messages” at the top of the Inbox screen to see your chats and the “New Group” option.

Step 3 (optional): Type a name for the group chat, if you wish to name it (you can change its name later).

Step 4: Tap “Create” in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Tap each of your YouTube contacts that you wish to add to the group chat.
