YouTube Creators With 10,000+ Followers Get Mobile Livestreaming
The mobile livestreaming feature introduced last June is now available to all YouTube Creators with more than 10,000 followers
If you are a YouTube Creator with more than 10,000 subscribers, you can now go live from your mobile devices.
YouTube product managers Barbara Macdonald and Kurt Wilms announced in a blog post that the mobile livestreaming feature introduced last June by the Google-owned video site is now available to all Creators with more than 10,000 followers, adding, “The rest of you will have it soon.” They wrote:
Mobile livestreaming has been built directly into the YouTube mobile application. All you have to do to start streaming is open YouTube, hit the capture button and you’re live.
