WSJ: Freedom's Scott Flanders to Head Playboy
Freedom Communications president and CEO Scott Flanders has been tapped as the successor to Christie Hefner at the head of Playboy Enterprises, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
The choice is not yet official, and the unnamed sources quoted in the article by Russell Adams said the deal could still fall apart. “But after a couple of recent visits to the Playboy Mansion, Mr. Flanders has emerged as the clear favorite, these people said,” the Journal wrote.
