Facebook announced today that Donald Graham, Chairman and CEO of The Washington Post Company and longtime advisor to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, has agreed to take the fifth seat on Facebook’s Board of Directors.
Graham joins Zuckerberg, Ning co-founder Marc Andreessen, Jim Breyer of Accel Partners, and Peter Thiel of Clarium Capital and Founders Fund on Facebook’s Board.
Zuckerberg has publicly said for a long time that he trusts and respects Graham’s vision for building businesses for the long term.
