USA Today Sports Media Group Gets a New President
Tom Beusse leaving the company
USA Today Sports Media Group president Tom Beusse, who has served in the role since 2011, is stepping down, parent company Gannett announced on Tuesday. Replacing him is Dave Morgan, the sports group's svp of content and editor in chief.
Morgan has experience in both digital and print sports media, including stints as executive editor of Yahoo Sports and deputy sports editor at The Los Angeles Times. Beusse is leaving the company to "pursue other opportunities," according to Gannett.
