The UEFA Champions League Is Coming to Facebook Live via Fox Sports
The matches will be livestreamed in English on the Fox Sports Facebook page and in Spanish on the page for Fox Deportes
Soccer’s UEFA Champions League is coming to Facebook Live in the U.S. for its 2017-18 season.
The social network is teaming up with Fox Sports to livestream two matches per match day in the tournament’s group stage, as well as four matches apiece from the Round of 16 and quarterfinals. The action kicks off in September.
The matches will be livestreamed in English on the Fox Sports Facebook page and in Spanish on the page for Fox Deportes.
Facebook said in an email to Social Pro Daily that 34 million users generated 98 million interactions related to the 2017 UEFA Champions League final.
