The first pitches of the 2018 Major League Baseball season will be thrown Thursday, and Twitter is all set for Opening Day.
The social network and the league teamed up on hashtag-triggered emojis for all 30 clubs, which can be seen here:
Twitter also revealed its “starting lineup,” made up of the most-mentioned players, by position:
- Pitcher: Yu Darvish
- Catcher: Gary Sanchez
- First base: Anthony Rizzo
- Second base: Jose Altuve
- Third base: Kris Bryant
- Shortstop: Didi Gregorius
- Outfield: Giancarlo Stanton
- Outfield: Aaron Judge
- Outfield: Mike Trout
