Twitter Moved the Appeals Process for Suspended and Locked-Out Accounts In-App

The social network claims responses are 60 percent quicker than via its online form

Twitter moved the appeals process for users who are suspended or locked out of their accounts from an online form to a way to complete the process directly within its flagship applications.

The social network said in a Twitter Safety tweet that this new feature has enabled it to respond to appeals 60 percent quicker.
