GameDay’s mobile retargeting strategy drives online conversions

Opinion has been split on how Covid-19 is impacting out-of-home advertising in Super Bowl 55 host city Tampa, Fla. But the pandemic didn’t stop startup GameDay Vodka from creating a simple, yet effective, local OOH campaign to drive brand awareness and increase sales. 

The Florida-based vodka brand that’s geared toward sports fans and college students was co-founded in 2019 by spirits industry pros Ray Horal and Zach David. GameDay launched its first OOH campaign in August 2020 with billboards in Tampa, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Orlando, Fla.
