'Sun' Fires Editor for 'Serious Misconduct' at 'NOTW'

Matt Nixson reportedly marched out of tabloid's offices

Matt Nixson, the former deputy features editor at News of the World, was just fired from his current job at the Sun over allegations of “serious misconduct” while he was working at News of the World.OT

In a statement, News Corp. confirmed that it had fired "a member of staff in relation to his previous work at the News of the World."

David Rose, assistant news editor for London's Times newspaper, tweeted that Nixson “was marched out of the building by the Sun's Managing Editor.”
