Spotify Adds AOL Business Development SVP
Grusd also led Google's New York legal team
AOL is losing its svp of business development and chief of strategy, Jared Grusd, to music streaming company Spotify, AllThingsD reported this morning.
Grusd, who serves on AOL's Executive Management Team, oversees international and domestic partnerships and commercial alliances for AOL and its operating units, according his company bio, and is also in charge of “identifying and evaluating new corporate strategies and opportunities.” Prior to joining AOL, Grusd was a senior exec heading Google's New York legal team.
