In their 2014 Social Recruiting Survey (PDF), Jobvite found that 94 percent of respondents were using LinkedIn for social recruitment, which finished first ahead of Facebook (66 percent) and Twitter (52 percent).
The study also revealed that recruiters use the different social channels in different ways.
73 percent of recruiters have successfully hired through social media, with LinkedIn (79 percent) once again the top platform.
