Dubbed Lens Studio, Snap is launching a self-serve platform that will open up its augmented reality tools to creators, developers and seven marketing partners—Fishermen Labs, Haus, Avatar Labs, North Kingdom, Trigger Global, MediaMonks and VidMob—to make AR ads for brands and agencies.

Much like Snapchat’s six-month-old self-serve ad platform, the idea is to give brands and users the resources to run campaigns (and hopefully help users above the age of 30 understand how its features work).
