Reddit continued to add to its board of directors, naming Paula Price as its newest member.
Price has served on the boards of directors at six public companies, and she spent roughly 30 years in senior finance roles with companies including Macy’s, Ahold Delhaize, CVS Caremark, JPMorgan Chase, Diageo and Kraft Foods.
Co-founder Alexis Ohanian resigned from the company’s board in June and expressed his wishes that his seat be filled with a Black candidate, and the company complied with those wishes days later, tapping Y Combinator partner Michael
