After a 25-year career spent in a variety of leadership roles at Publicis Groupe, Danielle Gonzales is going to Dentsu’s iProspect as the shop’s first North America CEO.
Gonzales is charged with managing an interesting balance: she’s expected to complete transforming iProspect into a full-service agency, while maintaining its core “performance mindset.”
It’s a mission that reflects Gonzales’ history of reorganizing agency identities. In June, when Publicis Groupe reformed its U.S. Publicis Media leadership team, she was tapped for a “key role” as chief client officer.
