Pinterest Rolled Out Collaboration Tools for Groups

Pinners can more easily plan events and projects

Pinterest Wednesday introduced new collaboration tools for its group boards, on mobile and web, enabling Pinners to more easily plan events and projects.

The company said in a blog post that its new group board activity feed will enable users in the group to keep tabs on activity such as new Pins that are saved, new sections that are added or new members joining the group.

Pinterest also made it easier for Pinners in a group to react to specific Pins via likes, comments, @ mentions or replies, with only members of that group able to see these conversations.

Pinterest wrote in its blog post, “The majority of Pinners use group boards to collaborate with family and friends as they plan parties, events and projects together.
