NPR snags The Washington Post’s Terence Samuel to serve as deputy managing editor, announced NPR executive editor Edith Chapin in a note to staff today. Samuel has been at the Post since 2011, when he joined from National Journal to serve as deputy national political editor. Most recently, he has been senior national correspondent.
