Now Available: The Facebook Global Language Report, September 2010 Edition

As part of our Inside Facebook Gold research and data membership service, we recently released the September 2010 edition of the Facebook Global Language Report. The Global Language Report presents audience growth data for Facebook’s top site languages, splitting these language markets by demographic and by geography.

Over half of Facebook’s more than 500 million users interact with the site, and its apps, advertisements, fan Pages, and events, in a language other than English. As the Facebook ecosystem continues to grow and diversify around the world, we encourage those working within it to consider not only country markets, but language markets when designing advertising and marketing campaigns.
