Nielsen Social Content Ratings, Week of Sept. 10: America’s Got Talent … and First Place

The National Football League dominated the sports chart

America’s Got Talent had a talent for drawing interactions on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram during the week of Sept. 10, according to the Nielsen Social Content Ratings.

The NBC reality-competition show accounted for the top two entries on the list of television series and specials, totaling 3.537 million and 1.807 million interactions, respectively, across the three social networks.

World Wrestling Entertainment on USA Network grabbed the next two spots, as WWE Monday Night Raw tallied 1.669 million interactions across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, followed by WWE SmackDown (937,000).

The National Football League accounted for nine of the top 10 spots on the sports chart, with the pay-per-view boxing match between Canelo Álvarez and Gennady Golovkin II (won by Álvarez) grabbing ninth place.
