Take a look at the latest issue of The New Yorker. Per AppAdvice, the cover was created with the app Procreate. Artist Jorge Colombo channeled that popular and very cheap application ($2.99 for iPhone, $5.99 for iPad) using a 12.9-inch iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil.
