Facebook’s expansion of its headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif., may move one step closer if the City Council next Tuesday approves the social network’s proposal to pay the city $1.5 million over the next 10 years.
Facebook’s expansion of its headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif., may move one step closer if the City Council next Tuesday approves the social network’s proposal to pay the city $1.5 million over the next 10 years.
The Palo Alto Daily News reported that Facebook also offered to contribute $100,000 for local improvements, and to restrict the number of vehicles going in and out of its proposed West Campus, located across Bayfront Expressway from its current headquarters.
