Victoria Taylor, best-known for leading Reddit’s Ask Me Anything (AMA) question-and-answer sessions, found a home at LinkedIn, joining the professional network as its first community editor.
Taylor spent a little over two years as director of communications and director of talent at Reddit until July 2015, when she was reportedly let go by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian over differences of opinion on how AMAs should be run.
She did not discuss the reason for her departure from Reddit at the time, only saying at the Type-A Parent NYC Bootcamp in New York’s Times Square shortly thereafter, “I did over 2,500 AMAs.
