LinkedIn Tuesday added a new feature called peer benchmarking, giving its premium subscribers access to three key insights.
Product leader and strategist Megan Kamil said in a blog post that Premium Business, Sales Navigator and Talent Solutions subscribers can use peer benchmarking to mine these three insights from company pages:
Total employee count, enabling users to compare a company’s employee growth with those of its peers over periods of six months, one year or two years.
Employee distribution and headcount growth by function, giving users a look at which functions are growing quickly across companies in similar spaces.
