LinkedIn began rolling out an audio-recording feature that allows users to record the correct pronunciation of their names, which can be listened to by other users. Our guide will show you how to use this feature on your profile.
Note: These screenshots were captured in the LinkedIn application on iOS. Also note that while you can only record your name on iOS and Android, other users can listen to the recording on all platforms.
Step 1: On your LinkedIn profile page, tap the pencil icon near the top of your profile.
Step 2: Tap “Add name pronunciation.”
Step 3: Tap and hold the blue button to record your name.
Step 4: Tap “Apply.”
