Instagram added a Status tab to its standalone Threads From Instagram application Thursday, giving users an easier way to stay up to date and interact with their friends’ status updates and Stories.
A new tabbed navigation system was also developed to help people move between those sections.
And the app got a new inbox tab last month, Everyone Else, so that users could see all of their other Direct messages and chat threads from Instagram within the Threads app.
