Instagram recently debuted Reels, its take on TikTok. This feature allows users to record 15-second videos containing one or more clips. You can customize your Reels videos in a number of ways. For instance, you can record clips in slow- or fast-motion. Our guide will show you how this is done.

Step 1: On the Instagram Stories camera, swipe from right to left on the words at the bottom of the screen to move to the “Reels” camera.

Step 2: Tap the “Speed” button on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Tap one of the slow-motion or fast-motion options.

Step 4: Tap the capture button at the bottom of the screen to record your slow-motion or fast-motion clip.
