Instagram tweaked the design for the mid-feed module that suggests Stories for users.
The preview tiles for Stories are double the size of those in the Stories bar that appears atop users’ feeds.
Social media veteran Chris Messina shared the new look in a tweet last week:
Instagram confirmed the redesign in an email to Social Pro Daily: “We recently updated the design of the Stories bar that you see while scrolling through feed. This update makes it easier to preview the Stories from the people and accounts you care about.”
