Instagram: Here's How to Save Posts From Your Instagram Stories
Follow this guide to save the photos and videos you share in your Instagram Stories
While the photos and videos you share to your Instagram Stories will automatically disappear after 24 hours, did you know Instagram lets you save these posts to your devices so you don’t lose them? Our guide will show you how this is done.
Note: These screenshots were captured in the Instagram application on iOS. Also note, once these posts are saved to your device, you’ll be free to share them on your normal Instagram feed, or even in other apps.
Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap the gear icon.
Step 3: Tap “Story Settings.”
Step 4: Tap the toggle next to “Save Shared Photos” to turn this feature on.
