The Facebook-owned photo- and video-sharing network announced in an Instagram for Business blog post Friday that brands can now create photo and video ads in the vertical format, with up to a four-to-five aspect ratio.

Instagram provided examples by Mulberry, Guaraná Antartica and LG USA, and it added in the blog post:

Since the beginning, we’ve been thoughtful about rolling out ads on Instagram to give businesses and consumers the best experience possible.
