Instagram active users are also active on an average of 4.83 of the top 10 social networks, with 97 percent of them active on Instagram parent Facebook, according to the latest research from GlobalWebIndex.
GWI defined the top 10 non-Instagram social networks as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tumblr, MySpace, Reddit and Bodoo.
The top two applications used by active Instagram users were also part of the Facebook family: Messenger and WhatsApp.

Overall, Instagrammers are in fact active on almost five of the top 10 social networks globally.
