Remember Google+? Yes, it still exists, and it announced three major updates Tuesday.
Product manager Danielle Buckley said in a blog post that Google+ is hiding lower-quality comments on posts, adding zoom functionality to photos on the web and, starting Jan. 24, adding events to the social network.
Buckley provided further details on the three updates:
