Google introduced a new Goals feature in Google Calendar, designed to help users find free time to complete personal goals.

To set a goal on mobile, Google Calendar users can tap the plus sign and tap “goal” to view a list of overall goal subjects, such as “Exercise” or “Build a Skill.” Users can customize a goal by selecting a specific topic within a subject. For instance, users can select “run” or “work out” under the exercise menu, or enter a custom topic.

From there, users answer questions including “How often?” and “Best time?” Calendar will then analyze their schedule and assign the goal to free periods of time.
