Facebook used VidCon in Anaheim, Calif., to announce three upcoming updates to its Facebook Live live-video-streaming feature.
The social network said in an email to SocialTimes that it will soon debut two-person remote broadcasts, prescheduled streams and the addition of masks and effects from recent acquisition MSQRD.
Facebook will add the ability for Facebook Live users to add a second participant in a different location to their streams, with verified pages getting the first crack at this new feature later this summer, and other users to follow.
