Facebook Is Adding Highlighted Shares to Video Insights for Pages

Publishers will be able to see associated insights such as post engagement and average watch time

Facebook’s Video Insights for Pages is welcoming a new feature Wednesday: Highlighted Shares.

The social network said in a Facebook Media blog post that Highlighted Shares will offer publishers more information about how other Facebook pages are sharing their videos.

Highlighted Shares will list the top five pages that have reshared specific videos, by views, and publishers will be able to see associated insights such as post engagement and average watch time.

Facebook said in the blog post: “Video publishers have requested more information about where people are watching and engaging with their videos to help inspire future collaborations with other pages.
