Did you know that Facebook allows you to stop seeing Memories from specific dates or date ranges? For instance, if a time in your life was associated with negative events, you may not wish to see Memories from that period. Our guide will show you how this works.

Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap “Memories.”
Step 3: Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Under “Hide Memories,” tap “Dates.”
Step 5: Tap the Start or End date to change it.
Step 6: Swipe up and down on the wheels to set the desired start or end date.
