Facebook Gaming's Level Up Program Is Now Live in 30 Countries

Multiple markets have been added in the past month

Facebook Gaming’s Level Up program has expanded to support video game content creators in 30 countries.

The program, which debuted in June, was designed to help video game livestreamers grow their audience on the social network.

The Level Up program was initially limited to users in the U.S., U.K., the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand. It expanded to include Germany, France, Spain and Ireland in August, and even more countries in October.

Eligible creators who apply and are accepted into the program have access to a special feature called Facebook Stars, which allows them to earn money from their viewers, who have the option to purchase virtual items while their favorite creators are streaming.
