Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his company’s latest measures in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, and the changes are far more long-term than quick fixes.
The vast majority of Facebook employees will be required to continue working from home until at least the end of May, extending a policy that was first enacted March 6.
Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post, “We will require the vast majority of our employees to work from home through at least the end of May in order to create a safer environment both for our employees doing critical jobs who must be in the office, and for everyone else in our local communities.
