Facebook Cancels All Large In-Person Events Through June 2021

Employees are required to continue working from home until at least the end of this May

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his company’s latest measures in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, and the changes are far more long-term than quick fixes.

The vast majority of Facebook employees will be required to continue working from home until at least the end of May, extending a policy that was first enacted March 6.

Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post, “We will require the vast majority of our employees to work from home through at least the end of May in order to create a safer environment both for our employees doing critical jobs who must be in the office, and for everyone else in our local communities.
