Facebook Beefed Up Its Video Creation Kit

Optimization for different placements was made easier

Facebook detailed several updates to the Video Creation Kit it introduced last July to help enable brands to convert static images and text into mobile-optimized video ads.

Videos can now be optimized for different placements, such as News Feed and Stories, with a single click, which converts a single video into multiple videos with different aspect ratios. This eliminated the need for manual editing or the shooting of additional content.

More templates were added to Video Creation Kit, including single-image templates that add “visually engaging motion” to static images.
