Digital Chocolate Gets $12 Million in Series D Funding
Digital Chocolate, one of the premier social games and mobile game makers in the US, announced they just raised $12 million in Series D funding. The question is what they’re going to do with this money, but I presume it’s going to be simple: make more games!
This round was led by Intel Capital and includes participation from prior investors Sutter Hill Ventures and Bridgescale Partners, and comes recently after an announcement that DC would be partnering with GetJar to bring some of their games to Android.
