Penny auction website Beezid.com is making headlines today because of a new promo they released on YouTube yesterday, starring Lindsay Lohan, who is currently on house arrest. But Lohan’s house arrest cameo isn’t the big news—the big news is how much Beezid paid to get Lohan to make the 14-second spot.

Penny auction website Beezid.com is making headlines today because of a new promo they released on YouTube yesterday starring Lindsay Lohan, who is currently on house arrest.  The video features Lohan, seated on a couch next to a laptop featuring the Beezid website, half-heartedly recommending Beezid to all her “friends.”  But Lohan’s house arrest cameo isn’t the big news—the big news is how much Beezid paid to get Lohan to make the 14-second spot.  Beezid is rumored to have paid Lohan upwards of $25,000, and that’s not including $10,000 in credits that she can use on the Beezid site.
