Apple’s iOS 10 Update Is Incapacitating iPhones

Hey, iPhone users, if you were excited to see Apple's iOS 10 makeovers for Apple Music, Maps, Health Kit, emoji sticker packs, etc., stop right there—don't even move another finger. 

There appears to be a major problem with people downloading the new operating system on their iPhones that's rendering them unusable. There's been a steady stream of tweets from journalists, marketers and others, documenting their dismay over what's happened to the pocket-size supercomputer by simply trying to upgrade its software. 

Apple is responding on Twitter by telling customers to back up their files and updating via iTunes.
