The American Customer Satisfaction Index’s Top Social Network Is … Google+?

Twitter posted the largest year-over-year percentage gain of any social network

You may not know many people who still use Google+, but that waning group is apparently quite satisfied with the social network.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index released its 2017 e-business report Tuesday, and Google+ sat atop the list of social networks with a score of 81 out of 100, up from 76 last year, with ACSI citing January’s site redesign and new features, as well as its integration with other Google products.

ACSI said overall customer satisfaction with e-business was down 0.8
