36.6 Million Americans Got Their Current Jobs Through Social Media [Infographic]

These days more and more job hunters are turning to social media to find work and a new infographic that compiles data from Jobvite, LinkedIn, CNN, and JobSearch reveals just how prevalent social media job searching has become.  The infographic, ‘Can Facebook Get You A Job?’ reveals that a whopping 36.6 million Americans say that they got their current job via social media.

That 36.6 million can be broken down as follows:  18.4 million Americans say they got their current job via Facebook, 8 million via Twitter and 10.2
